3. Delivery Delays:While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur. We request that you allow additional time for your order to arrive. In the event of a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will promptly notify you via email or telephone.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: 3.1. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 4-5 days.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes: 4.1. decoaura.in is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages: 5.1. www.decoaura.in is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
