1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

- Delivery Timelines: Standard delivery timelines are between 5 to 10 business days within India, depending on your location. However, in some cases, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. We strive to ensure timely delivery but request that you allow additional time if needed.
- Delivery Delays:While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur. We request that you allow additional time for your order to arrive. In the event of a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will promptly notify you via email or telephone.
- Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: 3.1. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 4-5 days.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: 4.1. decoaura.in is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
- Damages: 5.1. www.decoaura.in is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- International Shipping Policy: 6.1. We currently do not offer international shipping.
