Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Decoaura, we strive to provide the best quality products and customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items as per the guidelines below.

General Return and Exchange Guidelines:

  • Return and Exchange Window: Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery for most product categories. Delicate accessories and wall decor items must be returned or exchanged within 48 hours.
  • Condition: Products must be unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
    • Room Sprays and Candles: Must be unused, with room sprays not spritzed and candles not burnt.
    • Bedding: Must be unwashed, unaltered, and free from stains or signs of use.
    • Wall Decor: MDF, wood, and hand-woven items must be free from scratches, tears, or fraying.
    • Accessories: Must be free from scratches, chips, or cracks.

Inspection Process:

  • All returned or exchanged items will be inspected for condition, weight, and packaging integrity. Returns or exchanges that fail to meet these criteria will be rejected, and items will be sent back to the customer.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Exchange Items:

  • If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, or if you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a pickup and provide either a replacement, exchange, or a full refund, as per your choice.

Refund Process:

  • Upon approval of the return, refunds will be processed as store credit within 5-7 business days. This credit can be used for future purchases on our website.

Return Shipping Fee:

  • A small shipping fee will be applied to process returns or exchanges, except in cases where the return is due to an incorrect or damaged item.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order details. They will guide you through the process.

Important Notes:

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect.
  • Final Sale Items: Certain items marked as “Final Sale” or customized products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
